Delta Tau Delta
Join Delta Tau Delta on April 29 for Dog Days, a MASH event dedicated to supporting the Lincoln Veteran Affairs Clinic. The event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Chapter House (715 N 16th St). Tickets are available for $6 from any Delta Tau Delta member. Enjoy the opportunity to interact with dogs, enjoy food, and contribute to a meaningful cause in support of our veterans.
Horticulture Club
Spring is here, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Horticulture Club’s annual spring bedding plant sale is May 1-3, located at the Teaching Greenhouse West on East Campus.
The club has a great selection of plants this year, including a variety of ornamental flowers and foliage plants, hanging baskets, herbs, vegetables and more. Come early for the best selection.
This sale is open to the public. Cash, card and check are accepted. Everyone is encouraged to bring a cardboard box or old tray to carry plants in while you shop
Lambda Theta Nu and Sigma Lambda Beta
The Alpha Gamma Chapter of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. and Phi Alpha Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. are hosting their annual cultural night. This night is intended to celebrate the Hispanic culture through games, a presentation and conversations.
Range Management Club
The Range Management Club will be selling native forbs and grasses in the East Teaching Greenhouse near Keim Hall from May 1-3. The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Prices are $3 per grass and $4 per wildflower.
Forensic Science Club
Support the Forensic Science Club at their annual fundraiser Splatterganza. Come and buy a custom Forensic Science Club t-shirt for $7 and "splatter" it with fake blood at the Union Greenspace from 3 to 5 p.m. on May 2.
Pitch Please
Pitch Please will be holding their annual Spring Show on May 2 at 5 p.m. They will be performing all of the music they have rehearsed over the course of the semester.
Kappa Kappa Psi
The Epsilon Omega chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi is hosting their annual ultimate frisbee tournament to remember Tyler Butterfield, who passed in 2018. Participants will be able to register as part of a team or as an individual ("freelance") player, and a bracket will be developed once the registration has closed.
Take Note
Take Note will be performing their spring show in the Great Plains Room at the East Campus Union from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on May 3.
Kappa Sigma
Join Kappa Sigma for their Spring Car Wash Fundraiser. This spring, Kappa Sigma is organizing their biannual car wash to generate vital funds for the VFW of Lincoln. Every penny raised will go directly to support our veterans, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they deserve.
