Big Red Welcome is NEBRASKA’s official welcome experience for new and returning Huskers. Held at the start of the fall semester, Big Red Welcome features events, programs and traditions that help students explore campus, meet other Huskers and find ways to get involved.

From welcome programs and student organization events to campus traditions, late-night activities and opportunities to learn about university resources, Big Red Welcome is designed to help students start the year connected and confident. It is a great way to learn what NEBRASKA has to offer, build community and make the first days of the semester feel a little more familiar.
