Nominations sought for women of character, courage and commitment

Nominations for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Women of Character, Courage and Commitment recognition are being sought.

The honorees will be feted during a Women’s Empowerment Celebration on March 27, 2025. All nominations are due by 5 p.m. Feb 27.  The celebration is organized by the Gender and Sexuality Center.

All member of the campus community can nominate a woman who has made a positive impact through professional, personal, mentoring or peer relationships. View the previous year's honorees here.
