Friday, June 30, 2023 Faculty, staff and students sought for University Conduct Board

The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards is seeking faculty, staff, and students to volunteer as members of the University Conduct Board. Board members receive training and serve on conduct boards for cases as their time permits throughout the year. Application deadline is July 24, 2023

This week, meet Nathan Hé. As an undergrad from Chongqing, China, Hé got involved across campus — from joining RSOs to finding opportunities for hands-on learning. Now as the assistant director of alumni engagement for the Nebraska Alumni Association, he’s creating more opportunities for alumni and students to engage with each other and find communities that are important for them.

Wednesday, May 24, 2023 Commission to host Crompton dedication June 20

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Gender and Sexual Identity will host the dedication of the Louis Crompton Historical Marker at 10 a.m. June 20 on the south lawn of Andrews Hall. Along with the Commission, other sponsors include the Chancellor’s Office, the LGBTQA+ Resource Center and History Nebraska.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln has announced three finalists for the vice chancellor for student affairs position. Selected through a national search, the candidates will visit campus between May 8-18.
