A worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get moving. Started in 2009 as National Running Day, it became Global Running Day in 2016 and is observed annually on the first Wednesday in June.

Thursday, April 23, 2020 UNL community comes together, donates 1,964 masks for staff and students

UNL sent a request for more than 1,000 masks for essential workers about two weeks ago. As of Tuesday night, about 1,964 masks had been donated for an identified 1,765 people, which includes individuals who work on campus and students remaining on campus.

DJ DeWayne will lead an online karaoke and dance night event for all Huskers on April 25.

Wednesday, April 22, 2020 Karaoke, dance night to connect Huskers around the world

Huskers around the world can join DJ DeWayne at 8 p.m. April 25 for a night of music, dance and virtual connections. Videos of Huskers singing and/or dancing can be submitted for the event.

Friday, March 6, 2020 Huskers Got Talent holding auditions, cash prize for winners

UPC Nebraska will present “Huskers Got Talent” at 7:30 p.m. April 25 in the Nebraska Union Ballroom, with auditions for the competition being held March 15, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 15 in the Nebraska Union, Swanson Auditorium.

Student organizations host the RSO Club Fair Aug. 28, 2019. Outstanding contributions by RSOs will be recognized through the Student Impact Awards.
