Fifty-nine University of Nebraska–Lincoln students have been selected to lead Nebraska children in grades K-12 in summer activities through the new Huskers After-School and Summer Learning Opportunities (HALO) program.

An RSO team from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln has been named a finalist in the Public Relations Student Society of America’s Bateman Case Study Competition.

Friday, April 30, 2021 Dance Marathon reaches $1 million milestone in 2021

Since its inception in 2004, Dance Marathon at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has raised over $1 million for the Children's Hospital and Medical Center. This effort is thanks to community donors, Huskerthon participants and student volunteers. The $224,000 raised from the 2021 Huskerthon event helped reach this milestone.

Pre-registration is required for the event, even if only attending and not performing.

Friday, April 9, 2021 Chancellor's email: Sign up for UNL student COVID-19 vaccine registry

Today, a portal has been opened for a Vaccine Registry for all UNL students who wish to be vaccinated. This portal will be open to UNL students for four days and will close at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 11. Therefore, it is essential that you sign up quickly.

As part of its partnership with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department, the university allowed faculty and staff to volunteer for vaccination clinics this week.
