According to Dave Annis, director of Dining Services at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, many of the restaurants in the Union have already made the transition onto the Transact Mobile Ordering app UNL adopted this semester, and some are still in the process of being added.

Monday, April 27, 2020 Dining Services cultivates cultural cooking for diverse student body

With all the important roles food plays in culture, it can be difficult for college students to abandon all the comforts of home recipes for dining hall food. Luckily, the directors and curators of dining options at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln make the effort to bring diverse dining options to all their students from all backgrounds.

The university is seeking the donation of more than 1,000 homemade masks for essential employees. The masks will help increase safety for workers who continue to serve the campus community.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln students living in a University Housing facility who check out of their room before March 24 are eligible to receive a 60% prorated refund of room and board costs.
