Regardless of your dining preferences or class schedule, there is something for everyone in dining at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The Silver 150/1000 and Bronze 100/550 meal plans are great options for off-campus students.

For more than 35 years, Lory Erving has greeted students, served meals and helped make students feel at home. A native of Hazel, South Dakota, who moved to Lincoln in 1985 after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in music education from South Dakota State University, Erving says that students always bring light to her life.

While initially Erving chose to work at the university to increase her pay and benefits, along the way she fell in love with the campus and the students.

But did you know that you don’t have to live on campus to purchase a meal plan? Off-campus meal plans range from 50 to 125 meals per semester; plus, they include Dining Dollars that can be used through the Transact Mobile Ordering app. For those without a meal plan, guest pricing also is available.
