High-risk alcohol use among college students remains a cause of concern. As such, the university is committed to setting the standard, inspiring good choices and supporting our students.
Work out facilities on both City and East Campuses offer state-of-the-art equipment, engaging classes and individualized personal training. The Outdoor Adventure Center offers adventure trips, a challenge course, a bike shop and Nebraska’s largest climbing and bouldering gym.
CAPS offers a safe, confidential place where students can slow down, think out loud, get support and start finding solutions. In addition to one-on-one counseling sessions, support and therapy groups are available.
Conveniently located inside the University Health Center on City Campus, the pharmacy fills prescriptions, offers over-the-counter items and provides education on drug interactions, dosage and side effects.
Located inside the Recreation and Wellness Center on East Campus, the Wellness Kitchen can help students practice recipes to develop healthy eating habits.
